SmartSystem

The local brain of chargers

SmartSystem is a local central unit designed to manage charging infrastructure , offering a wide range of features including local user management , advanced energy optimization , simple reporting and many other options.

This system provides the customer with a comprehensive overview of charging at a given location. The owner of the charging station can easily turn charging on and off, monitor current consumption , charging status or the tariff used. In addition, he has at his disposal clear graphs showing the flow of electricity in real time , as well as a summary of electricity consumed for a selected period.

Thanks to these features, the owner can easily and efficiently check who is currently using the charging station and thus gain a better overview of its operation .

Key features

  • management and control of the complete charging infrastructure with the possibility of prioritizing users
  • full control over configuration and settings
  • complete overview of charging
  • visual display of reserved capacity and usage of charging points
  • real-time display of energy consumption
  • offline operation possible (can also connect to a digital platform)
  • statistics and graphs about charging and consumed electricity
  • possibility of installation on an existing electrical connection
  • dynamic charging control based on the building's current consumption
  • possibility of integration with the building management system (BMS)

Features

1. Measurement

The SmartSystem receives data from one or more SmartMeters, which record information such as electricity consumption, voltage level, current and power factor, and sends it to the control unit.

2. Monitoring

SmartSystem obtains accurate data on the building's electricity consumption thanks to the SmartMeter. In addition, it monitors energy consumption in real time and tracks the building's reserved capacity to avoid increased costs for exceeding it.

3. Management

Based on the data collected from the SmartMeter, the SmartSystem evaluates the current situation and regulates the power of the charging stations as needed. Charging is dynamically controlled based on the current situation in the building, thus preventing overloading the electrical connection or increasing costs.

SmartSystem can operate locally, without the need for an internet connection, with simple management via the Local Operating System - AgeVolt Local OS .

With connection to the MyAgeVolt digital platform, it provides the owner of the charging infrastructure with even more transparent management of user groups, with the option of invoicing. Recommended for a larger number of charging stations .

Available SmartSystem applications

Electricity management system

Dynamic power management of individual charging points, ensuring that the building's reserved capacity is not exceeded or the circuit breaker is not overloaded.

Charging management

It allows you to easily manage charging using the local Smart interface. The owner of the charging station can easily set up the charging station - for example, its name, connection method, maximum power, authentication method, etc.

User management

The charging station owner can easily add local users for charging access, assign RFID cards to them, or set user priorities. The system also offers the ability to set allowed charging times, charging cost prices, and power priorities, as well as export charging reports for individual users.

Connecting charging to local electricity sources

Thanks to the SmartSystem, the charging station can be connected, for example, to photovoltaics or battery storage, allowing the vehicle to preferentially use electricity generated from local sources when charging.

Integration with parking system

Charging stations with SmartSystem can be integrated with the parking system in the building, thanks to which the amount for charging can be included in the parking price, or vice versa, the parking price can be paid together with charging in the charging application. In addition, the charging station owner can offer the option of paying for charging and parking in the form of an invoice.

Connection options

SmartSystem allows the charging station to be connected to the MyAgeVolt Digital Platform in the cloud, as well as to systems from other providers via the OCPP 1.6J protocol, making all information even easier and more accessible to the charging station owner in the application.
