You may also exercise your right to withdraw from the contract using the online function available through the button “Withdraw from the contract here”. After you submit the online notice, we send confirmation of its receipt to the email address entered in the form.

1. The consumer's right to withdraw from the contract

If you are a consumer and the contract was concluded remotely through the online shop https://agevolt.com, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days.

The withdrawal period runs:

for purchases of goods, from the day you or a person designated by you takes receipt of the goods,
for delivery in several parts or shipments, from receipt of the last part or shipment,
for a service contract, from the day the contract is concluded,
for digital performance, according to special rules if it is included in the order.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires.

2. How to withdraw

If you use the online form, after submission we send confirmation of receipt of your notice of withdrawal from the contract to the email address entered in the form.

You may withdraw using the online form, an email, a letter or the model form below. Withdrawal must be unambiguous: it must be clear that you are withdrawing from a specific contract or order.

3. Returning goods

If you withdraw from the contract, you must send or hand the goods back without undue delay, no later than 14 days after withdrawing, unless we agree otherwise or offer to collect the goods ourselves.

For technical goods, charging stations and accessories, we recommend contacting customer support before sending them to agree on safe transport. This recommendation is not a condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.

4. Costs of returning goods

When withdrawing from the contract, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless agreed or stated otherwise for the particular order.

If the nature of the goods prevents their return by ordinary post or standard courier service, return costs may depend on their dimensions, weight and value, the collection location and the transport method.

5. Refund

After you withdraw from the contract, we refund all payments received from you under the contract, including the costs of delivering the goods to you, except additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard method we offer.

We refund payment without undue delay, no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. For purchases of goods, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first.

We refund payment using the same method you used to pay, unless agreed otherwise. We do not charge additional fees for the refund.

6. Diminished value of goods

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their characteristics and functionality.

For charging stations, accessories and technical equipment, diminished value may arise in particular from installation, removal, damage, damaged packaging, interference with the equipment, registering the equipment to an account, improper use or use beyond ordinary testing.

7. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right to withdraw from the contract may not apply in particular to goods made to consumer specifications, customised goods, or a service fully provided before the withdrawal period expires with the consumer's express consent and acknowledgement required by law.

If you order assembly, installation, configuration or another service and expressly request that it start before the withdrawal period expires, you may be required upon withdrawal to pay a proportionate part of the price for performance provided up to receipt of your withdrawal notice.

8. Withdrawal is not a complaint

Withdrawal from the contract differs from a complaint. If goods or a service have a defect, you may exercise rights arising from liability for defects according to the document Complaints Procedure / Liability for Defects.
