Return Policy
1. Eligibility for returns
You can return items within 14 days of delivery (applies to EU deliveries under the statutory right to withdraw from the contract). Returned items must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to start a return
- Email eshop@agevolt.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- If your request is approved, you will receive a shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the item.
- Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
3. Exceptions – items not eligible for return
By law, the following categories cannot be returned:
- Made-to-order and customised items
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Hygiene and cosmetic products once opened
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases
- Gift cards, clearance items
If you are unsure whether your items can be returned, please contact us before sending them.
4. Damage and complaints
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at eshop@agevolt.com so we can resolve the issue.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank transfers may take an additional 3–5 business days depending on your bank. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at eshop@agevolt.com.
