Withdraw from the Contract Here

You may exercise your right to withdraw from the contract also through the online function available via the “Withdraw from the Contract Here” button. After submitting the online withdrawal notice, we will send you confirmation of its receipt to the e-mail address provided in the form.

1. Consumer's Right to Withdraw from the Contract

If you are a consumer and the contract was concluded at a distance through the e-shop https://agevolt.com, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days.

The withdrawal period starts:

  • for the purchase of goods, on the day when you or a person designated by you takes over the goods,
  • for the delivery of several items or shipments, on the day when the last item or the last shipment is taken over,
  • for a service contract, on the day when the contract is concluded,
  • for digital performance, according to the specific rules, if it is part of the order.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires.

If you use the online form, after submitting it we will send you confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal notice to the e-mail address provided in the form.

You may use the online form, e-mail, letter or the model withdrawal form below. The withdrawal notice must be clear, meaning that it must be apparent that you are withdrawing from a specific contract or order.

3. Returning the Goods

If you withdraw from the contract, you are obliged to send or hand over the goods back to us without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the day of withdrawal from the contract, unless we agree otherwise or unless we offer to collect the goods ourselves.

For technical goods, charging stations and accessories, we recommend contacting customer support before sending the goods so that we can agree on a safe method of transport. This recommendation is not a condition for exercising your right of withdrawal.

4. Costs of Returning the Goods

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless we agree otherwise or unless stated otherwise for a specific order.

If, due to the nature of the goods, the goods cannot be returned by regular post or standard courier service, the amount of return costs may depend on the dimensions, weight, value of the goods, place of collection and method of transport.

5. Refund

After withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you under the contract, including the cost of delivery of the goods to you, except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.

We will refund the payment without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the withdrawal notice. In the case of the purchase of goods, we may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned to us or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

We will refund the payment using the same payment method that you used for the payment, unless we agree otherwise. You will not be charged any additional fees for the refund.

6. Reduction in the Value of Goods

You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and functionality.

For charging stations, accessories and technical equipment, a reduction in value may occur in particular through installation, removal, damage, damage to the packaging, intervention in the device, registration of the device to an account, unprofessional use or use beyond normal testing.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not apply in particular to goods made according to the consumer's specifications, goods made to measure, or to a service that has been fully provided before the expiry of the withdrawal period with the legally required express consent and instruction of the consumer.

If you order installation, setup, configuration or another service and expressly request that it starts before the expiry of the withdrawal period, you may be required, in the event of withdrawal, to pay a proportionate part of the price for the performance provided up to the moment when the withdrawal notice is delivered.

8. Withdrawal Is Not a Complaint

Withdrawal from the contract is different from a complaint. If the goods or service have a defect, you may exercise your rights arising from liability for defects according to the document Complaints Procedure / Liability for Defects.

9. Model Withdrawal Form

You may use this form if you wish to withdraw from the contract otherwise than through the online form.

10. Language Versions

This English version is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy between the Slovak and English versions, the Slovak version shall prevail, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
