Direct CEE 400 V / 32 A connection: up to 22 kW. CEE 400 V / 16 A adapter: up to 11 kW. Domestic 230 V socket adapter: lower power according to the electrical installation. We set current according to the socket and its protection. A socket check during a visit is not a professional electrical inspection. Wi-Fi or supplied SIM, OCPP 1.6-J.

Questions before deciding.
How do I connect G5 to MyAgeVolt?
Through Wi-Fi or the supplied SIM card. MyAgeVolt then shows charging status and history and lets you start or stop it remotely. Technical connectivity uses the OCPP 1.6J standard.
Is the wall holder included?
Yes, a wall holder is supplied with G5. We do not normally sell it separately. If damaged, you can order it as a spare part.
Do I need a different G5 for a 16 A or 230 V socket?
No. We offer one G5 model up to 22 kW. It connects directly to CEE 400 V / 32 A. Adapters for CEE 400 V / 16 A and domestic 230 V sockets are included. Set charging current according to the socket and electrical installation.
What do the technician visit and Shelly addition include?
Výjazd a spustenie na mieste za €200 s DPH zahŕňa výjazd kdekoľvek na Slovensku, kontrolu stavu zásuvky a nastavenie nabíjacieho prúdu, konfiguráciu G5 a zaškolenie. Vlastný kompatibilný Shelly musí byť už osadený a zapojený, iba ho nakonfigurujeme. Za ďalších €300 za meranú prípojku dodáme, namontujeme, zapojíme a nakonfigurujeme kompatibilný Shelly do 63 A. Cena balíka zahŕňa tieto položky iba raz. Nová kabeláž, opravy elektroinštalácie a revízia sa nacenia osobitne.
What is included in the MyAgeVolt Basic bonus?
The bonus provides basic digital management of your G5. Online features require connectivity and configuration. MyAgeVolt Basic is a free bonus guaranteed until 31 December 2027: basic controls, charging status and history for your G5. Extended business records, billing and integrations have separately agreed scope and prices.
What happens after 31 December 2027?
SIM, mobile data and the MyAgeVolt Basic bonus are guaranteed until 31 December 2027. Any continuation terms after that date will be announced separately. Wi-Fi can replace mobile connectivity, but not a potential digital service fee.
What about solar generation and internet outages?
We design management around metering, wiring and building limits. G5 with Shelly alone does not automatically guarantee charging exclusively from surplus solar energy. Online management and cloud control need connectivity. Outage behaviour is checked for the specific configuration. Software management does not replace proper electrical protection.
Does a technician need to visit, and when will G5 arrive?
Výjazd technika je voliteľný. Konfigurácia a prvé zaškolenie do používania sú v cene G5. Samostatná G5 stojí €800 s DPH a pripája sa do 230 V alebo CEE 400 V zásuvky s nastavením podľa elektroinštalácie. Doprava po Slovensku je v cene. Hardvér dodáme do týždňa po úhrade. Pri balíku s návštevou technika dokončíme dodanie aj spustenie na mieste do 2 týždňov po úhrade, pri vhodnej existujúcej elektroinštalácii a sprístupnení miesta. Aktuálna úhrada je prevodom podľa zálohovej faktúry.
