1. Delivery Options
Delivery options are displayed in the cart or checkout depending on the type of product, place of delivery, availability and any installation service. For some products, only individual delivery or delivery together with installation may be available.
Possible delivery methods include:
- personal handover, if available,
- courier delivery for smaller products and accessories,
- pallet or specialised transport for larger equipment,
- the trader’s own transport,
- delivery by an installation technician or service partner for orders including installation, setup or service,
- individual transport according to a price quotation.
The specific delivery price is shown before the order is submitted in the cart or checkout. If the delivery price cannot be calculated automatically, we will provide it in an individual quotation before the contract is concluded.
2. Delivery Times
Indicative delivery times are stated with the product, in the cart, checkout or in an individual quotation. For products made to order, goods manufactured or configured according to the customer's requirements, pallet transport or installation, the delivery time may be individual.
For AC projects, DC projects, installations, service interventions and technically individual solutions, the delivery or implementation date is determined individually according to the availability of the equipment, scope of work, technical readiness of the site, payment of the agreed amount and cooperation provided by the customer.
If the customer does not provide the necessary cooperation, in particular if the installation site, electrical installation, cabling, access, technical documentation or required consents are not prepared, the delivery or implementation date may be reasonably extended.
If there is a delay, we will inform the customer and propose the next steps.
3. Delivery Price
The delivery price is not included in the product price unless expressly stated otherwise for the product or order.
The total order price, including the delivery price, VAT and any other fees, is displayed to the customer before the order is submitted.
For individual orders, installation, technical inspection or larger shipments, the delivery price may be part of an individual price quotation.
4. Receipt of Shipment and Transport Damage
We recommend that the customer checks the shipment and its packaging upon receipt. If the shipment is visibly damaged, we recommend preparing a damage report with the carrier and contacting us without undue delay.
This recommendation does not limit the customer's statutory rights arising from liability for defects.
5. Payment Methods
Available payment methods are displayed in the cart or checkout before the order is submitted.
The e-shop currently primarily offers payment by bank transfer based on an advance invoice.
After the order is submitted, we will issue and send the customer an advance invoice containing the payment details. The customer should not pay for the order before receiving the advance invoice.
The order will be processed only after the payment of the advance invoice has been recorded, unless the trader and the customer agree otherwise.
For individual orders, installation, technical inspection or B2B orders, the payment method, advance payment amount, due date and invoicing may be determined by an individual price quotation, advance invoice or separate agreement.
The order becomes binding after it is submitted by clicking a button marked “Order with obligation to pay” or by other equally unambiguous wording.
6. Invoice
We send the invoice electronically to the e-mail address provided in the order, unless agreed otherwise. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the billing details.
7. Delivery Countries
The e-shop delivers mainly within the territory of the Slovak Republic. Delivery to other countries is possible only if enabled by the e-shop in checkout or if the trader and the customer agree individually.
8. Orders with Installation
For orders that include installation, setup, technical inspection or service, delivery may be part of an individual price quotation. In such case, the customer will receive information about the price of delivery, installation and related costs before the contract is concluded.
9. Language Versions
This English version is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy between the Slovak and English versions, the Slovak version shall prevail, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
