Shipping policy

1. Order and processing

After the order confirmation is received by the e-shop system, the order is taken into processing within 1–2 business days. At this stage, the customer will receive an email with the estimated dispatch date and the calculated shipping costs. If an item is out of stock, we will inform the customer of the estimated availability date no later than within 3 business days.


2. Shipping methods

2.1 Courier delivery

Smaller accessories (cables, small components) are shipped via standard express courier with delivery within 2–4 business days after dispatch (ShipBob). Parcels are shipped up to 30 kg and with maximum dimensions of 120 × 60 × 60 cm.

2.2 Pallet delivery

Heavier and bulkier chargers (HPC stations) are shipped by pallet. Each pallet is prepared according to FTL/LTL standards: we use sturdy Euro pallets, distribute weight evenly, and secure the goods with straps and stretch wrap. Pallet delivery is handled by specialised carriers with delivery within 5–10 business days after warehousing/picking.

2.3 Delivery with installation

For the installation of large chargers, we offer delivery with on-site installation by a technician. The agreed installation date is confirmed by phone or email within 2 business days after the goods are dispatched. The technician delivers the charger, installs it at the specified location, and commissions the device in accordance with technical requirements.


3. Packaging and safety

We package every shipment according to the specific nature of the goods: smaller parts are packed in bubble wrap and cardboard boxes, while palletised products are additionally protected with corner guards and polyethylene film. For pallet shipments, we ensure the load does not extend beyond the pallet edges and that layers are separated with flat cardboard to reduce pressure and prevent damage.


4. Liability and transfer of risk

The risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to the customer at the moment of receipt from the carrier or technician. Until that moment, the goods are insured by the carrier for the full value of the shipment.


5. Shipping costs and payment

Shipping costs are calculated individually depending on the service type:

  • Courier parcel: fixed fee €5–€10
  • Pallet delivery: price based on weight and volume, typically from €50 (depending on distance)
  • Delivery with installation: includes transport + technician hourly rate (e.g. €30/hour)

The customer is required to pay the shipping costs when paying the deposit.


6. Shipment tracking

After dispatch, the customer will automatically receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. For delivery with installation, we provide an estimated technician arrival time on the day of installation.


7. Procedure in case of damage or complaint

  1. Record the issue in the carrier’s delivery report.
  2. Contact us by email at eshop@agevolt.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. Provide photographic documentation of the damage.

Based on the report and photos, we will confirm the next steps within 5 business days—either a complaint process or a replacement shipment.


8. Final provisions

These Delivery Terms are effective from 24 May 2025 and may be updated at any time without prior notice. The current version is available on the AgeVolt website.
