1. Why this document matters
Charging stations, accessories and selected products sold through the online shop https://agevolt.com may be electrical equipment. Electrical waste does not belong in municipal waste. Used electrical equipment must be returned through take-back, a collection point or another lawful recovery method.
2. Free one-for-one take-back
When new electrical equipment is sold, you may return used electrical equipment of the same or a similar type and purpose under a one-for-one take-back arrangement, provided the statutory conditions are met.
This means that if you buy new electrical equipment through the AgeVolt online shop, you may request to return old electrical equipment of the same category or functional purpose.
Take-back options when buying through the online shop:
- handover upon personal collection, where available,
- handover upon delivery or installation, if this service is available in the particular case and agreed in advance,
- handover at a designated collection point or through a contracted partner,
- individual arrangements through customer support at the email address eshop@agevolt.com.
3. How to request take-back
If you wish to return used electrical equipment when buying new electrical equipment through the online shop, contact us before submitting the order or without undue delay after placing it.
Include the following in your message:
- the order number or name of the product you are buying,
- the type of used electrical equipment you wish to return,
- the location of the electrical equipment,
- whether the order also includes installation or servicing,
- contact details to agree on the date and method of handover.

4. When we may refuse to accept electrical waste
Acceptance may be refused in particular if the electrical waste lacks essential components, contains waste other than electrical waste, is heavily contaminated or poses a risk to people's health and safety.
In that case, where possible, we recommend another appropriate disposal method or the nearest available collection point to the customer.
5. Recycling fee
If a recycling fee was set when the electrical equipment was placed on the market and disclosure applies to that product, information on the fee may be stated for the product, on the sales document or as part of the price.
6. Batteries and accumulators
If a product contains batteries or accumulators, the user must handle them in an environmentally responsible way and return them to a designated collection point or through a take-back scheme where applicable to the product.
