Na vašu požiadavku preveríme miesto osobne. Pevných €150 zahŕňa najviac hodinu na mieste a cestu kdekoľvek na Slovensku. Cenová ponuka je bezplatná.
Pri potvrdení objednávky realizácie do 6 mesiacov od vykonania obhliadky vám celých €150 odpočítame.
Arrange a site surveyHow precise will the quotation be?
We give a fixed hardware price for the agreed scope. For simple installations, we can also determine the installation price after either an online or on-site survey. For larger jobs, we prepare an estimate and refine it based on the design and bill of quantities. The offer always identifies fixed prices and estimates.
Ak neviete dodať potrebné podklady alebo sa zapojiť do online posúdenia a požadujete osobnú návštevu, ponúkneme vám obhliadku za pevných €150 s DPH, štandardne platenú vopred. Zahŕňa najviac hodinu na mieste aj cestu po Slovensku, bez ďalšieho hodinového či kilometrového príplatku. Cenová ponuka zostáva bezplatná.
Ak objednávku realizácie potvrdíte do šiestich mesiacov od vykonania obhliadky, celých €150 odpočítame. Inak zostáva obhliadka platenou službou. Návštevu, ktorú vyžiadame my, a výnimky pri tendroch dohodneme individuálne. Obhliadku zahrnutú v projektovom balíku neúčtujeme druhýkrát.

Preparation, installation and commissioning
Your supplier or our turnkey solution.
We provide cabling, the required construction work, charger installation and commissioning. If you have your own electrician or installation company, we help them prepare and connect our solution.
Support for your own installation
We can also connect compatible chargers from other brands to MyAgeVolt. We assess the options based on the specific model.
In MyAgeVolt you get unified station management, reports and integrations with business systems. The AI assistant helps you work with data and settings.
Configuration, initial commissioning and initial training for the purchased product are included in its price. On-site installation is agreed according to the scope.
Domáci balík EVC2 za €1,400 s DPH už zahŕňa montáž na stenu, nový elektrický prívod do 5 m po prístupnej trase, ochrany, úvodnú revíziu a dopravu po Slovensku. Práce zahrnuté v balíku znova nepripočítavame.

Car or small van. Each worker's travel time is charged in addition to transport.

How do we charge for time and travel?
Each worker's time is counted from departure from our premises to their return, including travel and work at your site. The minimum is one hour per person, then each started half-hour. We round only the worker's total call-out time.
Kilometre jedného vozidla účtujeme iba raz, bez ohľadu na počet ľudí v ňom. Práce a dopravu, ktoré už obsahuje dohodnutý balík, znova nepripočítavame. Osobná obhliadka za €150 má dopravu aj čas technika zahrnuté.
Servicing and maintenance
Help when you need it.
Charging not working? Our telephone helpdesk is available 24/7. We resolve many problems remotely. If an on-site repair is needed, we arrange a service visit.

We handle routine settings and configuration during working hours, 9:00–16:00.
Servicing and repairs
We help with warranty and post-warranty servicing. Our aim is to resolve a fault within 14 days.
Rapid call-out with an SLA
We can contractually agree a technician's arrival within four hours, 24/7 throughout Slovakia. Monthly fees and urgent call-outs are priced individually.
Regular maintenance
We agree checks, maintenance and electrical inspections according to your devices and operation.
How does an on-site repair work?
For a supply that includes installation, we handle on-site warranty repairs within the agreed scope. When purchasing hardware separately, you can send it for servicing or arrange a paid call-out. Post-warranty repairs are priced as needed.
We aim to complete repairs on the first visit. Timing depends on the fault, required parts and repair approval. An SLA for arrival within four hours is a separately agreed service and does not mean the repair will be completed within that time.
Consultancy and training
So you know what to do and how.
Initial training for the purchased product is included in the price. If you need to train more people or cover topics in greater depth, we prepare training for your needs.

Hardware, cabling and suitable solution selection. Documentation for designing and pricing the project.
Install it correctly
Connection, commissioning and servicing for installation and service technicians.
Use it comfortably
MyAgeVolt configuration, charging management and everyday operation for your employees or users.
Additional training
€40 / trainer hour including VAT
The price covers the whole group and is not multiplied by the number of participants. Online, at our Bratislava premises or at your site. For visits, transport and travel time are charged at the listed rates.
We adapt the scope to the topic. Broader training in one area usually takes one day; focused training can be shorter.
