Design and permitting: Building notification

Design and building notification for a smaller outdoor charging solution.

A package for one or more charging stations with a combined power of up to 22 kW. Particularly suitable for a family home, small business or premises with an existing parking space. We verify the required permitting procedure for the specific location.

€600 incl. VAT for the design and notification

• An on-site survey and construction design.
• Preparation and submission of the building notification, communication with the building authority and the administrative fee.
• A bill of quantities for pricing the installation.
• One complete round of client comments and one round of requirements from the building authority.

Charging stations, materials, installation work and electrical inspection are ordered separately. You can use AgeVolt or your own contractor.

When a project needs a wider scope

If more extensive documentation or a different permitting procedure is required, we agree to move to the larger project package. We deduct the full €600 incl. VAT already paid from its price.

Comments and terms

We incorporate the client's comments submitted together in one round. Additional changes outside the included scope are agreed in advance at €80 incl. VAT per hour. Corrections of AgeVolt's own errors are free of charge.

We provide professional preparation and the agreed permitting procedure. The outcome also depends on site conditions and the authority's decision. If completion is prevented by, for example, unresolved ownership, missing consents, third-party rights or incomplete documentation, the price for the survey, design and administrative work already performed remains payable.

Partner or other discounts do not apply to this package.
