For multiple charging stations, garages, high-power stations and sites that require more extensive documentation. We prepare the design, coordinate permitting and provide the agreed documentation for occupancy approval.

You pay for the scope your project requires. The total price of design and permitting services for one continuous project will not exceed Price on request,300 including VAT. Occupancy approval and the necessary documentation remain included in the agreed total price.

Basic scope for Price on request,850 including VAT

• An on-site survey.
• Construction design, electrical design and fire safety design.
• Coordination of designers and communication with the building authority and affected organisations.
• Preparation and submission of the necessary applications and client representation.
• A bill of quantities for pricing the installation.
• One complete round of client comments and one round of requirements from each affected party.

Scope for the specific project

Where required, we add traffic design, utility statements and marking, administrative fees, as-built design and occupancy approval with final statements. Their scope and price are listed in the quote. You do not pay for items that are not needed. The agreed project has a total cap of Price on request,300 including VAT.

Third-party fees are billed at documented actual cost within the stated price cap.

Comments and invoicing

The client submits comments together. The price includes one round of incorporating these comments and one round of incorporating each affected party's requirements. Further new changes beyond the included scope are agreed in advance at Price on request0 including VAT per hour. Corrections of errors made by AgeVolt are not charged.

A deposit of Price on request,850 including VAT is paid at the start of the project. Once the permit is obtained, we invoice the actual agreed scope. As-built design and subsequent occupancy approval remain included in the specified total price.

What you order separately

• Electrical inspection and the inspection report.
• The fee for connection or an increase in reserved capacity.
• Charging stations, materials and installation work.
• Design of a new car park or another separate structure.

You can entrust the installation to us or your own contractor. If permitting cannot be completed because of an obstacle involving the client or the site, the minimum price of Price on request,850 including VAT for preparation already performed remains payable.

Partner or other discounts do not apply to this package.
