For anyone charging for personal use.
A package designed for those who use a charger, electricity meter or vehicle exclusively for personal use – without the need for sharing, billing or complex settings. It allows you to monitor consumption, plan charging, receive notifications and use basic fleet management. Everything under control, with no monthly fees.

For companies that want insight into data and revenues.
This package is intended for companies that actively use their chargers – either internally or as a service. It enables device sharing, custom pricing, invoicing, history tracking and data export. It provides detailed insights, 24/7 support and flexible management of multiple devices and users.

- office spaces, facilities, restaurants, hotels
- entrepreneurs who want to generate revenue from charging
ADVANCED
For companies with larger infrastructure and fleets.
This package includes all Medium features and adds advanced fleet management, unlimited data history, IFTTT automations and much more. Suitable for those who want detailed insights, automated operations and scalability.

Premium services and features for networks and large brands.
A set of advanced features for partners who require custom visual, commercial or technical configurations. With us, you can have a portal under your own brand, a custom domain, a dedicated EMP/CPO in Hubject, advanced billing and payment options, OCPI connections and integrations with systems such as MEWS.

Devices (Things)
Devices that you can manage within a plan. A device can be, for example, a charger, electricity meter, GPS tracker or payment terminal.
Charging session
The maximum number of individual charging sessions recorded per device. Once the limit is exceeded, additional sessions are charged at €0.05 per session. For multiple devices within one Workspace, the limit is cumulative.
Example: Example: If you have five charging stations in one Workspace, the number of sessions in the MEDIUM plan is 30×5 = 150 in total, not 30 per station.
Views
Data views from devices – tables and charts showing, for example, consumption, utilization or activity. In the basic version they are fixed; in higher plans they can be customized.
Data history
How far back you can view measured data. Detailed history contains full data, aggregated history contains summaries.
Automated reports
Reports on usage, consumption or sharing automatically sent by email according to your settings.
Charts
Visualization of selected data – e.g. energy, number of sessions, average charging duration, station utilization.
User roles
Ability to assign different permissions to different users within your Workspace.
Users in Workspace
Number of people who can collaborate within one Workspace.
Sharing a device with another Workspace
You can share your charger or other device with someone outside your Workspace, such as a tenant or business partner.
Paid station sharing
Option to offer your charging station publicly to other drivers for a price you set. Payments and invoicing are handled by AgeVolt.
Roaming station sharing
Your charging station appears in broader roaming networks (e.g. via Hubject), increasing public visibility.
Google Maps listing
Your charging station will be visible as publicly accessible on Google Maps, increasing traffic and utilization.
IFTTT automations
Connecting your charger with other smart devices.
Online support
Availability of technical support from the AgeVolt team.
Push notifications
Instant alerts about changes, errors or charging completion directly in the app.
WhatsApp / Viber / SMS notifications
Notifications via common messaging applications on your phone.
WhatsApp AI Assistant
A chatbot that answers questions, provides device status information and allows actions directly via WhatsApp.
Loyalty programs
Configuration of special benefits and discounts for selected groups of EV drivers.
Fleet Management – Vehicles
Number of vehicles you can register in the system.

Ability to create multiple vehicle groups, track statistics and assign them to users.

Automatic trip recording: time and location from GPS tracker. Useful for accounting purposes.

Ability to assign costs to charging stations for better cost transparency.
