Packaging and Dispatch Worker

Location: Bratislava  Contract type: full-time  Salary (gross): Permanent employment contract (TPP): €1,400 gross  Start date: September 1, 2025 (or by agreement)

🚀 About the position

We are looking for a project manager who will be responsible for
for project management in the field of charging station construction and
Your task will be to transform customer requirements into
functional and technically mastered solutions – from initial specification to
handover of the finished work.

You will be a key link between the customer,
technical team, subcontractors and implementation teams
. Your role will be
oversee compliance with deadlines, budget and quality.

What you’ll work on

  • Packaging finished charging stations for shipment
  • Shipment tracking (entering into the system/spreadsheet), labeling
  • Preparing and completing accompanying documents
  • Arranging transport (courier / pallet freight) and communicating with carriers
  • Handing over shipments to the courier and verifying dispatch
  • Occasional driving trips: picking up materials from suppliers, small pickups/drop-offs as needed for production
  • Basic coordination with production

Requirements

  • Experience in project management in the field
    construction, electrical installations or infrastructure.
  • Basic electrical knowledge (LV) or experience working with electricians
  • Technical thinking, ability to read drawings and documentation.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and subcontractors at once.
  • Independent, responsible and goal-oriented approach.
  • Good organizational skills and time management
  • Driving license category B.

Grant Administrator (Grant Project Implementation)

AgeVolt is expanding its sales team and is looking for an experienced or ambitious salesperson who has strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to understand customer needs and find value-added solutions. We are looking for a colleague who is interested in technology, sustainability and innovation - and who wants to actively participate in the development of the market in the field of smart electric vehicle charging. The position is ideal for a candidate looking for a stable internal role in Bratislava, but we are also open to cooperation with an external business partner on a commission system.

What you’ll work on

  • Acquiring new business opportunities and developing relationships with partners
  • Identification of client needs and design of the optimal solution from the AgeVolt portfolio
  • Creating business offers and conducting negotiations with B2B partners - especially from the areas of fleets, municipalities, banks, developers and retail chains
  • Collaboration on business strategy and goal proposals
  • Collecting feedback from clients and using it for improvement
  • Management of business cases and contacts in CRM, separate management of follow-ups

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Interest in technology, sustainable solutions and e-mobility
  • Ability to understand client needs and formulate appropriate business solutions
  • Proactivity, reliability and ability to independently lead a business case
  • Experience with B2B business is an advantage, but not a requirement - the approach is important

We are looking for a colleague who is interested in technology, sustainability, and innovation—and who wants to actively contribute to market development in the field of smart EV charging. The position is ideal for a candidate seeking a stable in-house role in Bratislava, but we are also open to cooperating with an external sales partner on a commission-based model.

What you’ll work on

  • Acquiring new business opportunities and developing relationships with partners
  • Identifying client needs and proposing the optimal solution from the AgeVolt portfolio
  • Preparing sales proposals and leading negotiations with B2B partners—especially in the fleet, public sector/municipalities, banking, real estate development, and retail chain segments
  • Collaborating on the development of sales strategies and targets
  • Collecting customer feedback and using it to drive improvements
  • Managing sales opportunities and contacts in the CRM, independently driving follow-ups

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Interest in technology, sustainable solutions, and e-mobility
  • Ability to understand client needs and formulate an appropriate commercial solution
  • Proactivity, reliability, and the ability to independently manage a sales opportunity
  • B2B sales experience is an advantage, but not a requirement—attitude matters most
  • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage (not required)
