Grant Administrator (Grant Project Implementation)

AgeVolt is expanding its sales team and is looking for an experienced or ambitious salesperson who has strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to understand customer needs and find value-added solutions. We are looking for a colleague who is interested in technology, sustainability and innovation - and who wants to actively participate in the development of the market in the field of smart electric vehicle charging. The position is ideal for a candidate looking for a stable internal role in Bratislava, but we are also open to cooperation with an external business partner on a commission system.

What you’ll work on

  • Acquiring new business opportunities and developing relationships with partners
  • Identification of client needs and design of the optimal solution from the AgeVolt portfolio
  • Creating business offers and conducting negotiations with B2B partners - especially from the areas of fleets, municipalities, banks, developers and retail chains
  • Collaboration on business strategy and goal proposals
  • Collecting feedback from clients and using it for improvement
  • Management of business cases and contacts in CRM, separate management of follow-ups

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Interest in technology, sustainable solutions and e-mobility
  • Ability to understand client needs and formulate appropriate business solutions
  • Proactivity, reliability and ability to independently lead a business case
  • Experience with B2B business is an advantage, but not a requirement - the approach is important
  • Knowledge of working with a CRM system is an advantage (not a requirement)

IT Customer Care & AI Support Specialist (nabíjacie stanice + digitálna platforma + AI bot)

V AgeVolt vyvíjame nabíjacie stanice a softvérovú platformu na komplexnú správu nabíjania (správa používateľov, monitoring, reporting, billing). Hľadáme človeka, ktorý bude „technická hlava“ customer care – bude riešiť support pre platformu aj nabíjacie stanice, zbierať kvalitný feedback pre vývoj a postupne pomôže zaviesť AI-first podporu, vrátane tvorby a nasadenia bota (helpdesk/knowledge base bot), ktorý zrýchli riešenie požiadaviek a zlepší zákaznícku skúsenosť.

What you’ll work on

  • Prijímať a riešiť požiadavky klientov (ticket / email / call) – platforma aj nabíjacie stanice 
  • Technicky diagnostikovať problém: získať správne info, pýtať sa správne otázky, reprodukovať chybu, navrhnúť riešenie alebo ďalší krok 
  • Triediť a prioritizovať podnety (incident vs. otázka vs. bug vs. zlepšenie) 
  • Prekladať feedback pre R&D: jasné bug reporty (kroky, očakávanie vs. realita, dopad) 
  • Overovať opravy a zmeny (základné funkčné testovanie / regres) 
  • Pri HW témach: základná diagnostika, koordinácia zásahu a komunikácia s klientom o priebehu a výsledku 
  • Tvoriť a udržiavať dokumentáciu: FAQ, návody, interné postupy, šablóny odpovedí 
  • Zlepšovať fungovanie podpory: procesy, SLA, kategórie ticketov, metriky (čas prvej reakcie, čas vyriešenia, kvalita) 
  • AI zameranie: návrh a tvorba support bota (na báze dokumentácie/ticketov) – odpovede na FAQ, navádzanie diagnostiky, smart triage podnetov 
  • Príležitostne: školenia / onboarding pre klientov 

Requirements

  • Výborné komunikačné schopnosti a „customer empathy“ (vieš vysvetliť veci jednoducho a zrozumiteľne) 
  • Silná digitálna/technická zdatnosť (rýchlo sa zorientuješ v platforme, pracuješ systematicky) 
  • Skúsenosť s customer support / helpdesk / aplikačnou podporou (ideálne B2B) 
  • Angličtina: preferovane C1; prípadne môže byť aj B2, ak vieš perfektne komunikovať písomne aj ústne 
  • Samostatnosť a ownership – budeš prvý kontakt a budeš nastavovať pravidlá fungovania 
  • Schopnosť pracovať s prioritami

The position is ideal for a candidate seeking a stable in-house role in Bratislava, but we are also open to cooperating with an external sales partner on a commission-based model.

What you’ll work on

  • Acquiring new business opportunities and developing relationships with partners
  • Identifying client needs and proposing the optimal solution from the AgeVolt portfolio
  • Preparing sales proposals and leading negotiations with B2B partners—especially in the fleet, public sector/municipalities, banking, real estate development, and retail chain segments
  • Collaborating on the development of sales strategies and targets
  • Collecting customer feedback and using it to drive improvements
  • Managing sales opportunities and contacts in the CRM, independently driving follow-ups

Requirements
