Those who wait will spend the first few minutes of their visit queuing at the charging station instead of browsing the shelves. When charging is over, but they are still paying at the checkout, they risk being penalized for blocking the station : a negative experience that is automatically associated with your brand, even though the service is operated by someone else.

In the long run, these incidents translate into decreased footfall during slower hours, lower average purchases , and loss of loyalty . A charger that was supposed to attract customers remains unused or takes up valuable parking space without adding revenue. First, we will perform an energy audit and set up dynamic power management , so that charging does not increase the reserved capacity or the circuit breaker bill. The stations only need as much energy as the building is not currently using, or when the photovoltaic system sends surpluses. You can keep the price per kWh at the level of the domestic tariff or tie it to the amount of purchase (e.g. "over €20 - charge for free").
