1. Preparation
What you need:
The supplied T10 key, metal cast or 3D-printed plastic. If unavailable, a universal T10 key will suffice.

Warning: The cap is 3D-printed and sealed with rubber. Never pry it with a screwdriver or another tool, as this could damage the seal or cover.
2. Removing the top cap
- Hold the cover with both hands at opposite corners.
- Gradually gently press the corners upward, working around the perimeter.
- After releasing all four corners, lift the cover evenly and set it aside.
The rubber seal makes the cover harder to remove. Patient, even pressure prevents damage.

3. Opening the station
- Insert the key into both locks; the charging station has two locks.
- Turn the key CLOCKWISE by a quarter turn.
- Once released, slightly lift the door using the key, slide it sideways and open outward.
- Remove the door and disconnect the protective earth/bonding conductor.

4. Closing the station
1. Checks before closing
- reconnect the earth conductor and check that no cables protrude around the lock tongues
- ensure the safety stops are fitted and both locks are in the horizontal position.

2. Inserting the door
- first insert the door's left side as far as possible towards the station's left side
- the door must not extend beyond the charger's outline
- gently lift it with the key, slide it fully into position and press it in

3. Locking
- check that the door is evenly seated
- turn both keys counterclockwise back to the vertical position to secure the locks

5. Refitting the top cap
- align the cover's smooth front edge with the station's front
- place the cover on top, pressing the front first and then the rear section with cutouts
- press every corner around the perimeter until the cover is evenly seated

6. Finished
The station is securely closed again and ready for operation. Use the same procedure the next time it is opened.
