Configuration with TouchPoint
TouchPoint is the station's touchscreen interface. The following PDFs apply to the labelled configuration and power rating. For a cable-equipped variant, also check the cable length.
Operation and installation
Stations without TouchPoint
Documents for stations without TouchPoint remain available. Slave is used as an additional station at a site with a Smart system. For an existing station, select documents using its nameplate and supplied equipment.
Original configurations — technical data and drawings
The following images and data describe original configurations. Do not combine their dimensions, materials or interfaces with the current TouchPoint variant.
A smart AC charging station for electric vehicles with two charging points and a maximum charging power of 2x22 kW.
The charger can be configured to suit the individual needs of its owner, who can also choose custom branding.
It is suitable for indoor and outdoor installation.
Sophisticated user and power management, charging data collection, report generation and other advanced functions are available offline (with AgeVolt SmartSystem) and online (when connected to a digital platform such as MyAgeVolt).
Configuration options:
- with sockets with cable locks. An ideal option for public and unattended charging where damage to permanently installed cables is a concern.
-
with cables, particularly suitable for private or supervised charging. It offers drivers a more convenient and faster charging process because they do not need their own cable.
- with a display with an RFID reader when user authorization is required, such as for public or company charging.
- without a display, most commonly for private home charging where user authentication is not required.
Installation
On SmartBase — an underground chamber with a cover that houses the cabling and blends into the surroundings.

On SolidBase — a steel base for solid surfaces where deep excavation is not possible.

Charging power
The charger is designed for a maximum charging power of 2x22 kW. Actual charging power depends on
- SmartSystem settings, which regulate charging according to the customer's needs, for example to avoid exceeding reserved capacity or tripping circuit breakers;
- the vehicle's maximum charging power, typically 3.7–7.4 kW for single-phase onboard chargers and 11–22 kW for three-phase chargers.
AgeVolt SmartSystem
AgeVolt SmartSystem controls the charging station, making it an intelligent and sophisticated device. It optimizes charging power to protect the electrical network from overload, records transactions, manages users, generates reports, uses photovoltaic energy and provides many other features without requiring an internet connection.
One SmartSystem can manage 1 to 100 chargers at one location. This means one SmartSystem is usually sufficient for a car park, while charging stations can be purchased and connected gradually over the years.
+ Network connection — 10/100 BaseTX
+ Modbus TCP/IP
+ Wireless connection — LTE/3G, Wi-Fi
+ Protocol — OCPP 1.6-J
+ MQTT
MyAgeVolt
Thanks to the OCPP 1.6-J protocol, the charging station can connect to standard cloud charging platforms, such as MyAgeVolt, which allows sharing the charger with the public according to its own prices and rules, advanced fleet management, cost monitoring and many other features.
The charging station has two NFC tagsthat simplify use of the AgeVolt application.
We also offer customers custom charging station graphics using their own design. If you have a graphic designer and only need the drawings, they are available with the complete product documentation in “Downloads”.
