How to charge with AgeVolt

At the station, first check which connector belongs to your car and which methods are available to start charging.

Charging step by step

1. Connect your vehicle. Use your own Type 2 cable at a socket-equipped station.
2. Check the price and terms of use for the specific station.
3. Start charging using an available method: RFID card, application, TouchPoint or guest charging on the web.
4. Check that charging has started. Confirmation of a request does not necessarily mean the car is drawing energy yet.
5. When finished, end charging as instructed, disconnect the cable and free the space.

If charging does not start

Tell support the location, connector and time of the problem. If the cable will not release or the display status does not match the car, follow the station operator's instructions.
