A compact AC charger with one charging point and a maximum charging power of 22 kW, without local control. Suitable for indoor and outdoor installation, either on a wall or on a separate stand. Custom branding is available according to the client’s requirements.

Purpose and system integration

The slave variant does not include the AgeVolt SmartSystem and therefore does not provide local smart functions on its own, such as energy management, local user management or offline reporting.

It is designed to connect to a central SmartSystem unit at the site, which provides all advanced functions and can control dozens of chargers at a single location, typically 1–100.

Online management (optional)

After connecting to a digital platform such as MyAgeVolt via OCPP 1.6-J, the charger can be managed online, including public sharing according to your own prices and rules, reporting, billing and other functions. Offline smart operation without an internet connection is not available in this variant.

Charging power

The station is designed for a maximum charging power of 22 kW. The actual power depends on:

• the settings of the external control system at the site, such as SmartSystem/master, and the available grid capacity,
• the vehicle’s onboard charger, commonly 3.7–7.4 kW for single-phase charging and usually 11–22 kW for three-phase charging.

User controls and identification

Depending on the configuration, the station may be equipped with an NFC tag for easier use of the AgeVolt application, a lockable Type 2 socket or a fixed 5 m Type 2 cable.

Note: All smart functions, including dynamic power management, local user management, offline reports and similar functions, are provided in this variant by a superior SmartSystem (master) or an online platform; the slave charger itself does not include these functions locally.
