Login credentials and basic access
Article contents
This professional procedure describes a specific original configuration or local SmartSystem interface. Verify applicable steps and parameters against the control unit and supplied equipment's documentation. It is not universal for every TouchPoint variant.
1. Remote access to the charging station through the Tecomat website
To set up a Tecomat account for remote access to AV SmartSystem, you can request access on our support page.
https://portal.tecomat.com Change the password, create users, view available sites and access them remotely through Tecomat.
https://route.tecomat.com – remote access to the charging station
Use credentials according to the handover documentation and your permissions. If unavailable, contact the AgeVolt helpdesk.
PLC name – leave this empty; it is selected in the next step
2. Logging in to AV SmartSystem
You can log in to the charging station's web server for station, energy, user and charging management either locally through ETH1 (the upper Ethernet port) at the static IP address 192.168.134.176/24, or using the DHCP server on ETH2 (the lower Ethernet port).
Use credentials according to the handover documentation and your permissions. If unavailable, contact the AgeVolt helpdesk.
Login details can be changed under System → Edit (/PAGE53.XML) in the System setup section
3. Logging in to the Teltonika TRB140 LTE gateway
The Teltonika is connected to AV SmartSystem's ETH2 and provides a DHCP server. Configure the Teltonika TRB140 through its web server by connecting an Ethernet cable directly from your computer to the TRB140. Teltonika assigns the computer an IP address through DHCP, and the computer can then connect to the default gateway (192.168.2.1). The default login credentials are shown on the router's label (new hardware revision), as specified in the handover documentation:
Use credentials according to the handover documentation and your permissions. If unavailable, contact the AgeVolt helpdesk.
4. Logging in to the MyAgeVolt backend portal.
MyAgeVolt lets you manage charging stations, share them, charge fees, access e-roaming, configure energy management, create reports and more. Registration and login are available at https://my.agevolt.com.
